Terms and Conditions for Baybreeze Properties -
1. Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings at Baybreeze Properties.
2. Security Deposit: A security deposit of £350 is to be paid prior to the rental period commencing. This deposit will be refunded within 5 days of the end of the rental period, provided no damages or excessive cleaning is required.
3. Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee of £75 will be charged for each booking to cover the cost of cleaning the apartment after your stay.
4. Booking Deposit and Payment: To secure your reservation, a booking deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days prior to the rental date. Payments can be made using a debit or credit card via Stripe online payment.
5. Cancellation Policy:
- No Refunds: There will be no refunds for cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental start date.
- 50% Refund: If you cancel between 30 and 45 days before the rental start date, a 50% refund of the total rental cost will be provided.
- Full Refund: If you cancel 45 days or more before the rental start date, a full refund of the total rental cost will be provided.
Please note that any refunds will be processed within 5 days of the cancellation request.
